Fik box til sushi og cocktails, men da jeg ville indløse gaven fandtes der ingen retauranter i Kbh. der til bød dette. Det ville have klædt smartbox at refundere pengene i sådant et tilfælde men de nægtede. Lad være at giv smartbox i gave og byt dem hvis I får en. I får meget mere får pengene hvis I bruger dem direkte på restauranten.
I ordered a bigboy as a present in June and as today still haven't received it. The company is very difficult to get in touch with as none of their phone# actually work, and if you mail them it takes them a week to answer you and even then they just give a load of nonsense about that it will be there next week and bla bla fishcakes. I have repeatedly asked them for a phone# to contact them on but they have ignored me, I finally found a number myself (0045 89881136) and today they claim they just send it with DHL, well, I believe it when I get my bigboy. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they also call themselves designfurn btw.
