I have used British Corner Shop regularly for many years, and I must say that my experiences are generally good. The shop represents a safe and solid way of getting british goods to Norway, payment system is easy and secure, and bottles, jars, cans etc are always extremely well packed.
However, on the last two occations I have experienced some delays. On both occations I was asked if I wanted to get a refund for non-stock goods. I replied at once (to several e-mail-adresses), only to experience the question to repeated. First after ten days the things were sent. Furhter -on the same two last occations there has been no detailed invoice in the packet, only description witouth prices. This causes further delays (several days) with the Norwegian customs.
Having said that, still my main opinion is that the British Corner Shop is secure, fast, and the staff is very service-minded. They provide a wide range of british goods, I can't think of anything missing in their sortiment.
Keep up the good work (and remember to check answers when you ask whether to refund non-stock items or not). I will definately use BCS in the future.
