Customer service par excellance!
I ordered a magnetic knife rack from Procook as it was one of the few mainly black ones that I saw. It arrived promptly, but unfortunately, one of the screwhole mouldings broke when putting it up. As it's quite important to have something holding extremely sharp knives secured properly, I contacted Procook and explained the problem. Within 2 days, I received a replacement item which is perfect, looks great and holds everything in place without having to worry about removing half the wall or learning some knife juggling skills when using it! I would definitely buy from Procook again.
