Awful signal almost everywhere I go!

I have only had one other provider that was on par with being as bad as Vodafone, which was 3 when they first started!

Previously on o2, I switched to Vodafone after using their coverage checker, hearing how great the phone signal and data speeds would be in the areas I most visited. Big mistake! It feels like I have gone back in time with my phone with the internet speeds I receive. I switched from o2 because of an ongoing issue with an order I had placed, which seems like nothing compared to the daily hassle I have with my new provider.

I have tried to solve the situation many times with the customer service team, and whilst they are almost all really friendly and easy to talk to, they offer no resolution to the problem.

I have all the technology I could need in my hands yet with Vodafone I am unable to use it. I could go on and on about the many problems this has caused but I will finish with one piece of advice, go elsewhere!
