Until now I'd always had a great experience using Shopto, over many years and hundreds of pounds spent, so at any other point my review would be 5 stars. This time payment for my order was confirmed, but I began to fear the worst when I didn't get the usual follow-up email to confirm the item had been sent. Still nothing after a couple of days, so I called them (trying to raise an issue online just didn't work). They immediately acknowledged the issue, apologised, asked what I wanted, and I got my order the next day. That was the good part, but I feel they should have spotted the problem and dealt with it before I had to call them (and from Michael K's comment below it's happened to others) and they need to fix how poorly their website works with iOS devices. I'll still shop here because of their fast delivery and great prices.
