The Rep that called was very good, polite and informative. Design was exactly what we wanted. He took time to explain what we would be getting. From then on in, things became v.complicated. System was not fully explained. Call/Service Staff were not very helpful. Sharps expect everyone to be there when they want to deliver or want your money. Delivery was promised and never came, when it did, it came 1hour earlier than estimated and no-one was available to take delivery. Many telephone calls to and from Sharps, not very productive.
Eventually, fitting took place at approx 4pm instead of 9am - the delay due Sharps not communicating with the fitter. As many people mentioned, the fitter left the room in a mess with 'oily/greasy' substance on bedding, didn't get rid of rubbish and part of the unit was damaged. Damaged part was replaced but since fitting (approx 10months ago) the rolled-edge of the unit has become damaged - not by any miss-use or 'knocking' to the unit.
Sharps offer quality goods at expensive prices. The explanation of payments/delivery is poor, fitting is messy and fitters do not clean up. After care service is disgusting. Would not recommend.
