Terrible

Unfortunately this is the company ASOS use for their standard delivery, a lot of the time they'll put the parcel out of sight through my gate to the back garden which is locked, sometimes they'll leave it in full view.

Today however, they decided to leave my parcel with someone 5 minutes up the road (my next door neighbour is happy to take parcels in for me, so why they'd leave it at the other end of the street I have no idea.) Not only that, but they didn't even leave me a card to let me know about the parcel! I hadn't checked my tracking, so I only found out when the person brought it for me, and I had to apologise for not picking it up because I didn't know they had it! I then looked at my tracking, and found it had been signed for at 11.50am, when I was in the house, and no one had even been to my door.

I'm just glad the person they left it with brought it for me, otherwise I'd have had a hard job tracking it down!
