An almost perfect experience

The process was really efficient, from first browsing the website through to delivery of the trampoline. Rebo were really helpful when I had questions and the delivery time was exacty as promised. And the trampoline iself is absolutely perfect!

The only small blot - and the reason I'm giving a 4 rather than a 5 star rating - was the quality of the instruction booklet, which appeared to be a rather poor translation, was sometimes confusing and not very confidence inspiring. It more than doubled the time required to assemble the trampoline as I was always having to work out what was meant!

Nevertheless, I would heartily recommend Rebo products to anyone looking for a high-quality service.
