A good site to get cheap flights with small issues

I'm using the site already since many years and I'm happy with the service. To have a total overview about nearly all Airlines Momondo is a good start.
Sometimes you get an idea, but you can find some promos direct on the sites of the airlines.
Further, if you have multiple destinations, sometimes it returns without result and you don't know where you need to make changes to make it suitable.
But again, small issues only.
