Cowboy Company with attitude

A parcel never arrived despite the tracker saying it was on route, we phoned the next day to find out where it was , after 18 minutes the girl on the phone said i didnt ask you to wait that long and your parcel is lost, theres nothing we can do now.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said we are all equal here we dont have anyone else to speak to you, as she never gave her name when picking up the phone i asked for her name and asked that she phoned back when she had something helpful to tell us.
Surprised but they phoned us back and they said it hasn't arrived at their depot.
Very unprofessional company despite glossy web image, goods may be delivered in a battered old car.
