so they offered me £83 for my blackberry which has always had a screen protector over the screen. I get my freepost envelop and send it off. A couple of days later i receive an email from them saying my phone is only worth £30 due to excessive scratches on screen!! When i rejected the offer they said i had to pay £8.95 for them to return my phone!! Its so ridiculous on so many levels. There are no scratches on the screen. If there were scratches on the screen surely it wouldnt devalue it by £50!? I also sent it recorded delivery which cost 95p, to charge £8.95 seems excessive to return it, but i guess if they do this to a percentage of everyone who sends in phones they must be raking it in. CON MERCHANTS - AVOIIID!!

When booking my item to be collected, it asks for a "requested collection time" of between 9-12pm or 12-6pm - to me this indicates the delivery will be between the time you choose. I requested 12-6pm. They came to collect my parcel at 11:30am - i wasnt in. I had to organise to get parcel re-collected and phoned Interparcel to complain. The person on the other end of the phone was extremely smug and rude, I cannot stress how rude "she" was. She was not at all interested in my complaint and just kept smugly saying "you agreed to the terms and conditions we dont guarentee the time" I tried to query the point in having a requested time feature as obviously there is none - "she" got extremely agitated and cut me off. RUDE!!! unbelievably ignorant and rude!!! very disapointed.
