Sharps

Very beautiful, though quite pricey

When we moved into our present home, there were sliding wardrobe doors in one bedroom, but they were of cheap manufacture and kept falling off. I decided to investigate other sliding doors (made to measure) and found that we had a Sharps showroom in Kendal. I visited the showroom and also looked on line, where you could make virtual doors of your own colour and style. I then contacted the firm, and a surveyor visited to measure up etc.. We did have to remove all the existing fittings and clear the room for the fitting of the doors. The fitter did a very good job, but did not clean up after himself or take away unwanted items. The doors are very beautiful, but one of the handles fell off and I had difficulty getting Sharps to send me a replacement (though eventually they sent two). Value for money - maybe, but we shall see how long they last, as they are only guaranteed for, I think, 3 years.
