Nice office - poor service

The service received has been very poor indeed from my initial meeting through to terminating the lease. We have been over charged on rent, mis-informed of payment procedures and been over promised on rental agreements.

Unfortunately rather than receiving any form of apology for this, we were made to feel like the guilty party. Not until this week, when dealing with Rishella Hirst (based in Salford), have I felt anyone has dealt with this issues. Rishella has been very informative and helpful.

I would never recommend another business taking an office at Cheadle. There seems to be a lack of management control.

Away from the service issues, I have found that although the office is nice, the walls are far too thin as you can here conversations in neighbouring offices.

On a positive note, the fact that you can rent for small periods ie 3 months provides a great opportunity to work out whether we needed an office. However, now that we do know an office is needed for our business, unfortunately it won't be at Regus Cheadle!
