Appalling Customer Service Skills & Management

Our experience with Regus has been a total nightmare - The initial meeting to ascertain as to whether they were able to help us was fantastic and we left feeling confident that we had found the right company and office for us.

Early into the contract we began to realise that in fact we could not have been more wrong - All of the things promised to us (Hassle free, Decorated office, Three keys) had to constantly be queried as they were not done and the time scale was getting longer and longer.

We had been in our office for over a month before everything that should have been done before we moved in were finally completed.

The office manager was not at all concerned and in actual fact is more like a reception employee as the gentleman has no management skills what so ever (I will speak to the area manager, I will speak to the area manager). Days and days would pass before once being chased yet again you would receive a reply but mostly by email and not by telephone as it appears he does not to be confronted with a complaint.

The final straw came when we were promised a meeting to discuss renewals which never happened and then apparently an email was sent to advise that this would not happen and that our rental would just double without discussion.

This is just our truthful experience of the poor customer service and deception we received - We would never return to Regus again!
