Not exactly Steller

It was alright but having paid for the premium delivery we were incredibly disapointed when there was a major delay which ruined the surprise of the gift and the significance of the event. Customer service was below par.

The star package was sent in time but unfortunately there was a problem with the royal mail delivery service, the star package arrived slightly later than expected and as a good will gesture we refunded the delivery costs.
