I placed an order which was incorrect and incomplete. The first instance I complained was communicated with and while they resolved the issue with one item they have completely ignored the 2nd half of the orders mistakes. I've now written to them 8 times to get this problem fixed and heard nothing back.

It was alright but having paid for the premium delivery we were incredibly disapointed when there was a major delay which ruined the surprise of the gift and the significance of the event. Customer service was below par.
