Regus

Not great customer service I’m afraid!

I made the booking with a member of staff who then left the company, as this was not my fault, it was frustrating that it took numerous emails to try and then re-book my original booking, which was told was booked!
Then they changed from Abbey to Regus but didn’t bother to update their invoices. So we tried to pay Regus but were billed by Abbey - it honestly shouldn’t have been that complicated! If you change your name then update your paperwork accordingly. Plus it still says Abbey on the actual outside of the building – confused.com
