I love the Regus concept. It makes business possible for small business owners like me. But I hate the "people". Staff seem to be trained to work to processes, not to build relationships. Customer service is about what we will pay for, not about providing a service that would make us buy more anyway. It's not a sustainable model - it relies on there being plenty of small businesses to keep up with turnover!
One practical suggestion - modernise your phone/WiFI charges. £37 a month for WiFi is almost insulting today.
