not as customer focussed as they would have you believe

Very variable customer service - from marvellous to disinterested. Excessive time taken to undertake basis repairs - broken toilets, poorly functioning air conditioning etc.
Will only provide service to include business rates, even though small businesses would not have to pay these.
Sell reserved parking but do little to prevent other people from parking in these.
