I ordered a pouch of True Whey toffee fudge protein which arrived next day. The touch close seal had been damaged so I e-mailed customer service with
pics as evidence... 4 days passed so I e-mailed again, still nothing...
3 days later I rang them...That did the trick! I got a replacement next day AND a free tub... Very pleased at last...
