I had absolutely no idea about annuitues but Nathan Best was really so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed, and answered any questions without making me feel silly about asking trivial things. There was no pressure and he did his best to beat the previous highest quote that I had, which he managed to do. Nathan sent a courier to pick up my application form and ID on the 14th August, and I received the tax free amount by cheque on the 21st, and the policy today stating the commencement date of the annuity as being from 21st also with a first months payment being arranged. I was told that it might be up to 6 weeks before it was arranged, at best probaly 3-4 so I am truly happy! Thank you Age Partnership! 830300
