My scuba gloves came quickly and in prime condition. No hassles, and would use them again.

Poor service
I tried to buy some Rapala Walking Waist Waders from this company as they said they were coming in stock. I wasted over a week waiting for the confirmation that they were in, only to be told suddenly they don't know when they will be available and are out of stock. But they still took the payment beforehand. Their phoneline doesn't connect to anyone despite it saying call us if you have problems and you must use the websites contact box for a reply. Although I did get always get a reply to my questions. They also didn't understand the products measurements and tried to compare them to swimming trunk sizes.
I could have bought some others elsewhere in a fraction of the time and it could have messed up my plans. The only good thing was a refund in 48 hours like they promised.

I checked on your order tracking and saw that we answered your questions and kept you informed each time. You received a confirmation mail for your order right after placing it and two days later we informed you about the availability. Unfortunately, it is true that our provider delayed the delivery date without giving us any detail. We really apologize for it. It does not happen all the time though.
We will do our best to provide you with a better service next time.
