what a cowboy outfit
I have had nothing but a poor experience so far. Its been 12 days from order and I am yet to receive my product. Order was initially delayed as we were required to call to confirm delivery address to ensure it got to me on time - this I can understand - but 10 days later with no message or warning I have just called to enquire about my delivery. And was told that the product was oversold this is the first I have heard of it and they are still advertising as in stock on the website (which surely is against seller standards).
My product apparently will not be in the correct warehouse for despatch for a few days (they could not be specific as to when as they are not sure as to when it would get to them) following this there would be another 3 days wait for delivery. At this point the agent put the phone down on me as I asked more questions. awful experience!
I have tried to call back and spent 18 minutes on hold with no success I will continue to try and expect equally horrendous experience.
I am understandably unimpressed at the fact that I will not have a camera for Christmas, and to be honest want a refund so I can purchase elsewhere if i ever get through - utter cowboys.

lastminute.com unacceptably poor service
We have been notified two days before our holiday - which I spent ages choosing that the hotel had overbooked and offered in my opinion a sub par alternative. On the original email it stated that we were in our rights to get a refund for the accommodation part of the booking, and it says this is the case in the T&Cs, however calling them they claim this is not the case. The alternatives offered were only to the same price and as you can imagine a month after booking the hotel selection remaining is not great previously cheaper hotels are now the range we are entitled to the day before (a complete con)
I attempted to call their office back to enquire about this but it is only open 9-5, leaving us one day to debate this and sort an alternative holiday. I feel totally conned and will never use them again following this poor experience.
