I wish I'd read through the reviews on-line before dealing with this company.
Yes, their prices are very good but the customer service is appalling.
We ordered a wash basin and base unit which was advertised complete with a Targa mixer tap. We also ordered a set of legs.
When the delivery arrived it consisted of 2 large boxes and one small. I asked the driver if the tap was in the small box and he told me it was the legs. I asked where the tap was and he said it was in the box with the basin in. I signed his slip and away he went.
The boxes were put into the garage for a couple of weeks until we were ready to fit the unit. When the boxes were opened, there was no tap so I immediately contacted QS to inform them.
They told me they would look into it but despite several emails and phone calls, they did not appear to be looking into anything. Eventually they said that I'd signed to say I'd received the goods so as far as they were concerned I'd received the tap.
I told them that the driver had said the tap was in one of the large boxes and that I surely wasn't expected to keep the driver waiting whilst I unpacked the boxes to check their contents but they just sent me a copy of the receipt I had signed and that was the end of the matter as far as they were concerned.
I have now put this matter in dispute with the credit card company we used to make the purchase in the hope that we might get recompense for the new tap we had to go out and buy.
If you do use this company then I would advise you to check and double check that you have every part of the order you are expecting before allowing the driver to leave. You will get no joy out of them if there is anything missing.
