Very impressive quality & decent value. Just one petty niggle spoilt an excellent transaction.

Ordered and received our personalised wedding invitations exceptionally quick. The website was easy to use and checking out was a doddle. The quality of the invitations is exceptional, we were both really pleased with them.

One minor gripe was that they had a deal offering 20% off a table plan if purchased at the same time. As our wedding is a while off yet, I called to double check that it was OK to order early and give the names later and was told I couldn't due to 'system issues'. I then asked if they could note my intention to purchase and then discount the item when ordering in few months time, however this was also not possible.

As I have only just received the invites from Bride and Groom Direct, I can't possibly confirm who should be on the plan until the RSVPs have been returned. It makes no sense therefore that they won't process or honour this offer! This spoilt an otherwise excellent service.
