Unfortunately i have experienced Hermes terrible service on more than one occaision.
Firstly through Topman where the tracking system had said delivered despite being at the address waiting indoors all day and it not being delivered on next day delivery service. The package was lost and i therefore had to request for a refund...
More recently i purchased from Size? and straight away i knew i was in for trouble after finding out that Hermes were going to be delivering the package. I opted for next day delivery service placing the order on a Wednesday morning with my order due to be deliverd to my work address on the following day. Despite this the package didn't even make the courier until the Thursday night. After losing the will to live and giving up with the poor tracking system i rang up Size? directly and they notified me that for some unknown reason the courier wouldn't be able to deliver the package on the Friday and that i would not be receiving the package until Saturday which was useless as i would not be at work on the Saturday.
If you have the chance to choose your courier then stay clear of Hermes!! It makes sense how they re-direct you to the online shop you made your purchase from regarding "delivery queries" and how there are no telephone numbers displayed in order for them to swerve what seems like a large number of angry customers due to their lack of or non existent performance!!
