I ordered the bouquet for my sister, who is feeling a bit low and stressed at the moment, and I thought it might lift her spirits a bit. I chose the "Botticelli" bouquet, as the colours were bright and cheerful I gather they arrived at a good time on the day requested, and my sister was really happy with them, which was the most important thing.
I ordered 10 choisya bushes. The website was easy to negotiate, though I did have a few technical problems placing my order. Also, I ticked "Ring me for payment details", and no-one did, so after a few days, I rang them. The man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic, and the plants arrived yesterday, within the time-frame he said they would. They were carefully packaged, and appeared to be in very healthy condition. I haven't had a chance to get out and plant them yet, as the weatehr has been so inclement, but they do not appear to be drying out, due to the plastic wrapping around each pot.
I actually sent you an email on the 26th July. The text read:
"Thank you for your prompt and courteous service. It arrived at 8.30 this morning! You cld save yourself a fortune in packaging, though! I'm sure the item isn't THAT delicate! : )"
