this company, having taken my order, which included an extra charge of £50 to ensure the complete order was delivered on a specified date , FAILED miserably. They actually emailed after their office closed on Friday evening to let us know the order was dispatched the previous day, Thursday, but was two units short and not the complete order that had been paid for! They where very clever in leaving their email until late Friday as they were aware no one in customer services would be available until Monday to discuss the problem they had caused.
The story goes on and on but basically they offered no assistance to correct the problem they had caused but did offer the option for us to cancel the order, which we had to do as all the units were being shipped out of the UK ( Better Bathrooms were also aware of this) We were CHARGED £72 to cancel the order.
As Better Bathrooms would not help we also lost £150 shipping charges £300 installation charges and a lot of money in phone call charges..
Our bank took on our case and eventually "Better Bathrooms" I use the term loosely, were made to refund the cancellation charge even though they contested it. They were allegedly in breach of contract but refused to help us, their customer, in any way shape or form.
Buying from this company is not a pleasurable experience..
