My shower tower was delivered badly damaged and missing a part. Their website states a short--14 day--return policy. After numerous calls and miscommunications, the tower is on it's way back, and a new one on it's way. It was not easy to deal with customer service. Phone calls were responded to in email, that was lost, or Spammed.

We are sorry for what happened with the order and do hope that all is ok with the replacement item. We did have some problems with our phone lines but this has been sorted out now. Alternative communication we also have is via our Live Chat facility.
