Cologne and cotton had a 15% offer on which I thought I would take advantage of to get my Christmas shopping done. Unfortunately due to a website malfunction my card was not processed correctly, and I was rung up to ask me to resubmit my card number. I'm not happy about doing this over the phone (It could have been anyone), and I explained this and asked if I could re-order via the website, adding in a note to ask for the 15% offer and the name of the lady who had originally phoned me.
Delivery came, and I saw the full amount had been taken off, with no acknowledgement of my request, or apology that they had had to do this. Seven days later, there is yet another 'special offer' from them...
A lack of interest in, or care of their customers; poor show.
Just bought an excellent Allett lawnmower from greenandeasy.
Only regret is that I didn't buy one years ago!
