Firstly Bed SOS would like to apologise for the chip on the paintwork, this sounds like a manufacturing fault as all our beds are sealed from leaving the manufacturer until they are delivered to our customers. We would of been happy to refund or replace the bed upon your request, however we were totally unaware of these issues until now as you did not contact us directly regarding any problems. On a positive side of things, we are delighted that your daughter is happy with her new bed and that you found our delivery service good and quick. Many thanks.
