I place an order on Dec 3rd for delivery to Australia having first phoned them to ensure that delivery would be in time for Christmas. Its now January 6th and parcel has not arrived. I phoned 4 times in the last month and every time the delivery date was pushed out further. River Island shipped it via a non trackable order (which I was'nt advised of in advance so they don't now where it is and have no way of checking). I asked for the order to be re shipped to my nearest RI store but have not had a response. Clearly Customer Service and customer satisfaction are very low on River Islands list of priorities.
This is my second time using Suntransfers whilst holidaying abroad. the service is second to none, reliable, efficient, affordable and always on time. The cars are spotless and comfortable and drivers courteous and professional. I wouldn't use any other transfer company as I have negative experiences with them. Would highly recommend SunTransfers.
