Recently flew to Palma and I had a good strong ABS case which was very badly damaged on the return. I am now chasing them for compensation and they take ages to reply.When they do reply they keep trying to persuade me to to drop the claim and take it up with my insurer. This is a no brainer when my insurance excess is £50 and the case contents were undamaged. They keep seeking more information suchas the cost of repairs which is stupid when they have seen photos of the damage and have received an extensive report from their staff at Leeds airport.
This airline needs to raise its game to improve its image on what otherwise was a good flight experience
