Went to CSL in Hull after finding they had the best range of options, and found we got relaxed rather than intrusive service, friendly staff who understood that this was a big purchase for us, and we wanted to get it right. Our last sofa choice from a different firm was a disaster, wrong kind of material, poor goods, rubbish guarantee that in the end wasn't worth the paper it was written on, etc....,( you can probably guess which sofa company that was....!) Anyway, we were anxious to get this one right, and the sales consultant, Gary Olney, got this totally, and really seemed to want us to get it right too. BUT....after a long look round, cutting a long story short, I signed up for something I shouldn't have. The one we went for was reasonably priced and compact but it wasn't the one I really wanted, which was bigger, plusher and bit more expensive. I thought I was going for the sensible option at the time, but a couple of days went by, and the realisation dawned that it wasn't the sofa for me. I felt dreadful, really anxious about it all, as I'd signed up for almost 3 grand of credit, and I knew I was in trouble. We went in 4 days after signing up, and Gary sorted it all out for us, somehow managing to get the fee waived as we changed our order to the suite I really wanted, without fussing or making me feel bad. It was exactly how I would have hoped, it got sorted, no bother and I left feeling I'd had a very bad situation totally turned around. Gary was straightforward to deal with and really seemed to want us to get what we wanted and needed from the experience, friendly and approachable, very knowledgeable about his subject, all in all I would definitely deal with CSL again after this.
