This is the 2nd time I have ordered a juicer from UK Juicers and I am very satisfied.
I have one reservation, but it is not to do with UK Juicers, it is to do with the French carrier. You work with Parcelforce which, in turn, works with a French carrier called GLS.
GLS tried to deliver the parcel on the 22nd but, I was not at home, left a note in my letterbox. Instead of trying to deliver again on the 23rd, they asked me to call a number (€1.35 per call + €0.34 per minute). It seems that the delivery man wrote the wrong parcel number on the note as GLS could not track my parcel and my name and address were not on their computer system. I had to call twice (5 minutes every time) to finally get someone to find my parcel.
GLS has a bad reputation, I know several people who have had problems with them. I would not use Parcel Force in the future if they keep working with GLS.
