I have been a computer exchange customer for probably close to ten years. I use the website regularly and I buy from it and the stores probably every couple of weeks. The main issues for me are two fold. Firstly if the site is truly going to be part of the stores then it needs to work hand in hand with them much better. Elements such as the process of using vouchers or the lack of ability to reserve or even see where something is in stock near you prevent the site from being useful for a regular trader after particular items. A system that allowed customers to see where the nearest store to them with stock would be great and a system for using vouchers without posting or waiting on refunds has to be key. I presently avoid at all costs buying from the site (and as a result avoid trading in too if the store doesn't have the item I wish tobuy) this would be different if the voucher redemption system were different. Finally the major lack of mobile browsing or apps doesn't reflect the fact that most customers a tech literate money conscious users, this means you client base like to check their prices (both buying and selling) before visiting the store and more than likley would take preference to doing this in app or at the very least on a mobile website rather than a desktop website.
Having used pixmania several times over the years I had as always a positive experience buying from them on this occasion. Delivery was prompt and the price of the product was very competitive although this may be down to it being an end of line item. Pixmania selection of products is always broad and their customer service positive although on this occasion I was disappointed to have to remove quite a number of items auto added by the site (loyalty card thing and extended warranty) however this aside they were fairly price despite me not requiring them on this occasion. I have to say despite having a used them many times before I'd be fairly reluctant to buy from pixmania in the near future following my experience with their postage service bpost. Their delivery was within the time advised at the point of purchase however their tracking system showed a failed delivery that never happened, provided a tracking code for the uk delivery agent that didn't work and was generally more of a hindrance than a help. As someone who can be impatient to be told its out for delivery and failed when you've been in all day is very annoying. Otherwise good service from Pix.
