I ordered a phone from this company on the 11th of February. It was supposed to ship in 4-10 working days according to the order confirmation. I complained when my order was not even despatched by the 10th working day and was told delivery would be to my door within 2-3 working days and a free card reader would be included with the order to restore my confidence in the company. This deadline was missed too. Friday 28th of February and my order was moved to Priority despatch. Monday 3rd of March and stock is being allocated to my order.
So an order that was supposed to go out and was at one stage ready for despatch but not sent was re-opened, a card reader included, re-packed moved to Priority despatch then mysteriously disappears. and my order is yet again at the stock allocation stage. Frankly its very poor.
This company is unreliable as far as delivery schedules are concerned offering excuses and apologies but simply doesn't ship the goods when they say they will. I don't mind waiting as long as the information I am given is accurate and that is where they fall down. In that regards its the worst experience I have ever had with any company so far.
I will say this, their customer services department responds very quickly to emails which is helpful.
Update 7-3-14: Received my order today. Very well packed. Was notified by the carrier on Monday by text that a package was booked for delivery but it said ES parcel rather than SE so it wasn't obvious that it was my Simply Electronics order they were talking about.
So in the end I saved quite a lot of money and got a rather nice Nokia Lumia 925 phone with a UK charger. I just had to wait longer than expected so one star for Price, another for good communication from Customer Services and a third for delivering the parcel but they lose two starts for terrible performance with the time it took to deliver the order.

I have used Nochex for my company online transactions for a couple of years now and have nothing but praise for the services they provide. There is no annual fee, money drawn from my Nochex account is paid into my bank account in just a few days and the security checks made when transactions are made are thorough.
A company like Amazon is only as good as the services they provide. Sadly Amazon charge for a Prime delivery Service but simply cannot live up to the promises they make when they take your money. Twice in as many months goods I ordered on the Prime account were not delivered on time. I don't expect miracles but I do expect to get next day delivery on goods marked prime next day when I pay so much per year for prime membership. Having been let down and highly inconvenienced by Amazons failure to deliver, I cannot be anything other than disappointed with them.
If you had to trust your life to Parcelforce you would probably end up dead sooner rather than later. They are truly one of the most disorganised and useless couriers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Regular drivers are few and far between, particularly from the joke that is the Bristol Hub and this results in failed deliveries and wasted days waiting in for parcels that never arrive. It causes a lot of frustration and disappointment too.
If I had my way These companies would be forced to pay compensation for a service they fail to deliver. It might just make them give a damn about the end customers they let down.
Parcelforce! Mediocrity at it best and like gravity, the force is VERY weak where this company are concerned. Don't rely on them if it REALLY matters.
When a customer writes or emails a company and demonstrates that they are probably ready to spend money if the company is able to supply the appropriate item, only a foolish company fails to respond. Sadly that is precisely what I experienced.
I emailed wifigear.co.uk explaining the problem I had and asked for a solution. No reply of any kind was received. After 5 days I emailed them again and suggested that they ignore my first email as I was no longer prepared to do business with a company with such an appalling lack of customer service. Dreadful!
Update: Wifigear eventually got in touch and said they had not seen my email and it must have gone into a spam filter so progress!
I have used this company on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the service provided. Their website is easy to use and booking a service is simplicity itself.
I was offered and received the offer price for my phone. The money was paid into my account.
My only complaint was that I did not receive one email from them during the process to let me know they had received the phone and when I would be paid. Cl;early they had the correct address as I was asked to complete this review via email which Bozowi must have passed on.
Clearly communication needs improving but otherwise a good company to deal with.
UPDATE 11-3-13. Had a response from Bozowi via Trustpilot today regarding steps they were taking to improve communication so they do read our reviews and they do listen.
