Useless, a scam and Expensive
Ill never use this arm of the post office. Fees were twice that or parcelhero and every-time I get a package from the US these clowns want a massive cut to release from them. They can G-G-F!

Easy quick and it gets cheaper.
Signed up and found it very easy to get going. Thing I like is the more parcels you send the cheaper it gets, quickly. Moved up to silver with 5 parcels to Aussie, which gives you an extra 5% off the 10% you already get for signing up. Great customer support (email back really quickly, easy to get hold of a human on the phone). Only issue is the error handing. If you do error when filling out an address it just says "error, these are logged and we are looking into it". I suppose this helps for getting the site set up better in the future but it doesnt tell me where Ive gone wrong now. Not the end of the world as you just fill out again and change things until its right. All in all, impressed and will use them going forward.
