Winstanleys Pramworld
Excellent customer service
I have ordered other items before from Winstanleys Pramworld and they have always turned up in excellent time, well packaged and great products.
I had a problem with an item I ordered recently which was down to a supplier misrepresentation that I wanted to return, and Winstanleys customer services not only dealt with the problem professionally, but were extremely helpful in contacting the supplier to clarify queries too, despite the result being my returning the item and this was without quibble.
This is a breath of fresh air from most baby equipment online retailers. I can't rate Winstsnleys highly enough and will always order my future baby equipment from them.

Fantastic quality, fantastic price, fast delivery - what more could you ask for?
I am thrilled to bits with this purchase. I researched for ages for a 10 pack of muslin squares made of organic materials. These were not only the cheapest, but one of the few I found in 'white' and not natural muslin colour. They were very reasonable and looked good so I took the plunge and ordered them and I am so glad I did. The quality is even better than I expected and they are very reasonably priced. They arrived within two days of ordering even though I selected standard delivery so I am very pleased with the whole transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Item arrived faulty but Ellis Brigham replaced without any quibble immediately and refunded return costs whilst sending out replacement straight away. Very pleased with item and service.
