Thank you for your review and comments. According to our records, your order was placed on Saturday. Because the order was placed on Saturday, it wasn't dispatched until Monday for a Tuesday delivery. We received two emails from the courier to say that they were unable to deliver the goods on Tuesday and Wednesday because on the first occasion no one was present to accept the delivery and that on the second attempt the delivery driver was unable to access the address listed on the order. The delivery was then made on Thursday (as you have stated). Unfortunately, due to the delivery constraints your products weren't delivered during the timeframe that they were needed; but, when goods are ordered on a Saturday they aren't dispatched until Monday for delivery. In circumstances such as this, it is stated in the terms and conditions, that if a customer no longer needs the goods and products ordered it is their responsibility to arrange for the good to be delivered back to Tile Fax Direct.
