Having checked prices from other suppliers I couldn't believe my luck when I discovered that Base were up to 50% cheaper. Having telephoned to place my order, the customer service assistant was courteous and efficient. She said she needed to check availability with the storeroom and called me back in around 10-15 minutes with the good news. The goods were despatched and arrived the next day. Fantastic.
