didnt do as promised
I placed my order and did not receive ny email confirmation.. I tried to check on my account that I had set up how my order was going, my account wasnt recognised so I called and was told that my order was being despatched at the end of the week and I would receive confirmation of my order when despatched. By the following Wednesday I still hadnt received delivery so I called again and was told it was being despatched on the Friday, I asked for a copy of the order and was told that would be right with me - it wasnt. the following week I had a call telling me that 1 of the products were out of stock and would I have an alternative, I agreed to the alternative bu maybe if my order had been delivered when it was meant to be and was promised to be I might have got everything I wanted.
At the end of the day delivery took far too long, I was fobbed off when I chased and they couldnt provide everything I needed so I dont think I will use this company again.

Website lets you down
As a company Pet Supermarket has everything you need and has so much choice with competitive prices but I found the website sooooo slow especially when searching the dog products. When searching for the small animals products it was quicker but I did get quite frustrated with the length of time I had to wait for pages. I have since been on trying to order more and have given up.
Would come back if this wasnt the case.
