You can tell a company is good when you get great service when there is trouble

I ordered my first tattookit from light in the box on a verbal referral from an unknown tattoo artist that recommended them to me. I figured it was worth a try and i was happy with the wide choice they offered and that the price was even better than he had predicted.
When i tried my powersupply for the first time it worked. But i didnt get my ink yet to really try it out. When i did get my ink, the powersupply died on me. Sadly it was after the 7 days return policy and there was no way around it. Costomerservice is always quick and friendly and personal in their communication and made me a real nice offer to buy a new powersupply at a great price. Now that i have it i must say that im real happy with the whole shopping experience and ordered two more times with them. The first tattoo is already healing nicely and i must say i feel i could work well with the tattoomachines i bought from Light in the Box.
