Great service but delivery arrangements could do with some adjustments
I ordered a gas fire from 'The Gas Superstore' which I have now received and it is exactly as stated in the online shop. I was very impressed with the communication of delvery time and date which was 1st class.
However because I had the fire delivered to the installation address which was different to the cardholder address, I was advised that this may delay the despatch date. I appreciate the need for security but feel the method used to acheive this took a lot longer than I had expected . Overall a good company to deal with I would recommend them.

Great service, delivered on time
The boiler I ordered was delivered quickly and packaged well and as advertised on site. There was a little problem in that I had to ask for the invoice, which was emailed very promptly, and how to register for the 5 year warranty was not explained fully so still unsure as how to achieve this. Other than that I would recommend this company to anyone.
