A minor problem with my order should & could have been speedily resolved but was not, resulting in unacceptable delay which led to me eventually cancelling the whole order. The 'customer care' team failed to action my order or to contact me about it although they had apparently been asked to do so by one of their colleagues. There are plenty of good, cheap online pharmacies out there so I reordered elsewhere and received free delivery 24 hours later. This unacceptably poor experience means I am unlikely to return to Pharmacy2U.
