They operate a scam!!

They advertise a watch for sale and then send an inferior and different model. They ask you to return it with a covering letter and I asked for the correct item to be sent.
They ignore the requests for the correct item to be sent and will not refund return postage costs although they promise to. They then say a cheque will be posted out, but they don't and they ignore emails. Overall a very shoddy company who do not value customers and only want to make a quick pound. Be warned and avoid this company at all costs!!
