Read it for yourself, the service is awful and costed me a lot of money for a chinese. Never using again...

A: Hi, order 27052916 said that it didn't go through due to restaurant being closed, therefore we ordered from New Royal China (order number 27057533). I don't think it's right that my card has been charged twice due to your website having a fault and informing me that the order was cancelled. Please advise? Thanks

A: Once I had requested order, it took ages to go through but then came up saying order has been cancelled due to restaurant being closed. So we looked elsewhere.
Holly: I cannot see that the order has been cancelled from our system
A: I can only say what came up on the screen, I wouldn't of ordered elsewhere if it hadn't of been cancelled.

Holly: I am afraid I have not been able to get through to the takeaway to confirm the order was not delivered. Could you please email us to email@example.com so we can contact them again and confirm with them what happened so we can return the funds. I am sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused.
A: It did get delivered though, that's why i'm contacting you as I have two lots of chinese when I should only have one due to your website telling me it was cancelled and not open. I've now spent £70 double what I wished to due to your website error.
Holly: I am afraid the order was not cancelled on our website. Can you please tell me what it said on the website when you placed the first order?
A: I clicked to place order. The little character came up saying waiting for chef to accept your order like it normally does. It was still waiting to accept for up to 3 mins. Then it came up order has been cancelled due to restaurant being closed. So I ordered from another chinese as it's bank holiday so believed what it had said was correct. Thanks
Holly: I am sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund as both orders were accepted by you and at the takeaway. In future if you are unsure whether the order has been cancelled please contact us before ordering from elsewhere
A: That's really bad customer service. Not even a just eat voucher for the inconvenience. £70 is a lot of money. Over £35 wasted on food that can't be eaten. I use your service all the time and I'm shocked that you won't help at all
Holly: I understand but I am afraid I cannot offer anything to you, sorry.
A: That's ok, we will not be using you again and will write bad reviews on your website. Thanks for wasting my money!!!!
