Confusing payment arrangements and amount owed

Happy with the kitchen itself although 2 weeks after the fitters left we are still waiting for a handle for one of the doors.
Unhappy with the finance arrangements and beginning to wonder whether we have been duped by the salesman!! the finance I now notice includes fitting but the fitters were paid directly as is written on the paperwork and so have now got to contact Betta Living to get back the £1200 paid twice. The gold account we were told could be used in such a way that interest isnt paid but we have to keep it open for 12 months for some reason - why is that as the finance company allow settlement at any time?
Not at all happy with the lack of breakdown and control over finances.



Having now spoken to a very helpful and pleasant gentleman on the post installation number it has all been explained to me.Our handle should arrive today with UPS, the installation fee was placed in our account before we made payment and the Gold Account does NOT have to be kept open for 12 months as told by our sales rep so we can settle at any time. A letter explaining the finance side of things with confirmation of how much exactly is on the agreement would be of great help and would definately have increased my rating of the company. The kitchen is working well although disappointed with the encore worktop as drops of water are leaving very noticeable marks that need wiping a few time before disappearing and we have also had a bottle leave a mark that has taken a lot of rubbing to remove. Not sure i would bother with the extra expense another time!!
