I ordered a size 7 hat, but the one that was delivered was slightly too small, 6 7/8. The problem was I needed the hat at Ascot the next day. So My Tuxedo agreed that it would be fine for me to use the supplied hat (carefully!), that I would then return it and they would replace it with one of the correct size.
A pragmatic and understanding solution.
I had some difficulty with ordering on the web-site. It wouldn't accept a different delivery address from the address of my card, but once the same address was inserted for delivery the transaction went through fine. I called the phone line the next day and the young man couldn't have been more helpful. He sorted out the change and the product arrived without any further problem.
