Rubbish 123-reg customer service and management

Its August 2012. I finally managed to speak to 123-reg about a problem that they had caused in May 2012 by charging me for web hosting when I had already cancelled 9 months previously online and by phone. 123-reg had debited my account in May 2012 then in August 2012 decided to suspend my entire account for all website services.
After speaking to them 123-reg want me to pay them for hosting I don't want or need and also pay an admin fee to unsuspend my account. I escalated the complaint and the manager at 123-reg said well there's nothing they can do. "You need to pay or you can no longer access your account and it will stay suspended". I said I will pay the hosting that I am not using however I will not pay the admin fee of £10+ and they said tough - I have to pay it or stay suspended. There is nothing I can do about it.
This is a business with no morals and the people who manage customer services for this company are awful. Go to another provider - do not use 123-reg.
