I have ordered several times and I don't remember ever having received such a flimsy box. One mug was broken. Each mug was securely wrapped in bubble wrap, but the box arrived partially crushed.

I am sorry that one of the mugs arrived broken due to the box being damaged during transit. We use high quality cardboard boxes so I do apologise on this occasion the box has been damaged once it has left our warehouse. All of our mugs are wrapped carefully using tissue paper and bubble wrap by our highly trained distribution team. I can see that you have already contacted our customer service team regarding the broken mug and that this has been resolved.
